Course overview
It is important for an accountant to connect his working area to other business units and to the organization as a whole. The course helps the candidates to gain the skill required for an accountant to transform to a business monitor than a transaction recorder.

Business organizational structure, functions: Common Business Organizational Structures, Hierarchical Organizational Structure, Matrix Organizational Structure, Functional Organizational Structure, Product Organizational Structure, Customer Organizational Structure, Geographic Organizational Structure
Accounting and reporting systems, controls and compliance: The relationship between accounting and other business functions, Accounting and finance functions within organaisation, Principles of law and regulation governing accounting, The sources and purpose of internal and external financial information, Financial systems, procedures and related IT applications, Internal controls, authorisation, security of data and compliance within business, Fraud and fraudulent behavior and their prevention.
Module 2:- Behavior of a professional accountant
Professional Ethics in accounting and business: Ethics introduction, Professional Judgment, International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (including International Independence Standards), Professional Competence and professional behavior, Professional Skepticism, Documentation, Fraud and error, Confidentiality
Module 3:- Preparation and interpretation of financial statements
Preparing Financial Statements: Business combination, Equity accounting for associate
Interpretation of financial statements: Financial Statement analysis, Ratio analysis
