Introduction
The main goal of studying entrepreneurship development is to identify the role and importance of an entrepreneur in the development of a nation, the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the new digital age and the sources of funding for starting an enterprise. It concentrates on analyzing the impact of entrepreneurs on the economy, describing the different economic, sociological, psychological theories of entrepreneurship, venture capital funding sources and analyzing the models of corporate entrepreneurship. By the end of this course, students will analyze the models of corporate entrepreneurship and identify the steps required in setting up a small-scale business unit. In addition to these skills, students are also able to intelligently interact with business owners and successful entrepreneurs about critical issues related to entrepreneurship.

Course Overview
This course mainly focuses on analyzing the impact of entrepreneurs on the economy, describing the theories of entrepreneurship, emergence of entrepreneurial class in India, factors affecting entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial competencies, characteristics and relevance of small scale enterprises. This course also describes the concept and nature of entrepreneurships, entrepreneurship opportunities in tourism and problems of entrepreneurship in travel trade.

Module 1: Essentials of Business Law for Entrepreneurs
‘Business Law’ is to understand the legal regulations in carrying out a business in India. The course focuses on the contract law, the elements and different types of contracts, the rules and regulations in the formation and operation of a company under the Companies Act, the features of a Limited Liability Partnership or LLP and the process of its formation and incorporation.
Module 2: Entrepreneurship Development
