Course Overview

Taxes are most important source of revenue for the Government. These can be categorized as Direct taxes and Indirect Taxes. Direct taxes are those taxes which are charged directly on the income or revenue generated by an Assesses. For example, Income from Salary, Income from Business and Profession, Income from House Property, Income from Other Sources like winning from lotteries, horse races etc. whereas Indirect taxes are those taxes where people pay indirectly to the Government, for example Service Tax, Sales Tax, Value Added Tax etc. thus direct taxes are direct hit on a person’s income whereas indirect taxes are indirect hit on the earning capacity of a person.

Curriculum

Module 1: Taxation Management

This module helps the students to understand the concepts and process of different taxes including Direct tax and indirect tax. Module also discusses on tax liabilities on various financial products and taxation of Trusts.

Module 2: Tally

Tally module covers in-depth knowledge to meet all accounting requirements as per the industry demand. This course not only explain the concepts of accounting but also helps learner to apply and implement the concepts of accounting process with practical examples in tally software. This Course includes Accounting tasks, records keeping, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation

Module 3: GST

The objective of this module is to enhance the knowledge as well as to provide avenue to the students in the global service market. Module covers Levy, valuation, registration, etc.
